Its in the making. Uninterrupted has regrouped and are now putting some new material together which is great. its fresh ya know.

Keep It 2Gether

Just a little something to meditate on today . I know we have all made resolutions to be better this year in alot of areas but most of us want a better body image. We look at the extra folds of flab that has developed over a number of years and say How in the hell did I get here. BOLD

The new year has arrived and I have decided to make some noticable changes to my life as we all vow to do every year. As I was riding the subway I was transported back to a memory. It's funny memories visit me ever so often like collages in a movie. Some are quick and pleasent, others are painful and long .
