"No Evils" / Passion Fruit " Rhythmistic Art Exhibition at ETA in Chicago successfully ended.

I am proud to announce that two recent collections of my Rhythmistic fine art were on display at the ETA Foundation for the Arts in Chicago for the months of April and May of 2009. It featured oil and arcylic paintings along with some drawings from two of my more important collections of art. "Passion Fruit" features a series of watermelon themed statements while "No Evils" suggests ways to cope with EVIL.

I sell a No Evils" book that goes for $20.00 in color that features most to the No Evils collection along with some religious and spiritual images with musings to provide a guided insight to the Rhythmistic artworks. se the Graphic Novels page of my site at www.onlistudios.com .

My fine art features concepts that tend to be of a cosmic, spiritual, intellectualized, yet future-primitif nature with a strong undercurrent of Africanized thought. I liberating departure from the usual limiting constructs of lifestyle and social issues. There is the inner genius that needs visual exploration and expression.

ETA features a strong theatre series and the opening to the art exhibition is the same evening as the opening performance for a play. It is located in Chicago. Reached at Phone : (773)752-3955
Fax : (773)752-8727

eta Creative Arts.

The eta Visual Arts Gallery is one of the most sought after exhibition spaces on the South side of Chicago. A major venue for the sale of African American art, the Visual Arts Gallery commands recognition and respect from Chicago's artists and art lovers for filling the dearth of exhibition space available in the community.

A cornerstone of eta's mission to promote the work and sales of African American visual arts, the gallery exhibits enhance and contribute to the overall aesthetic of the environment.
Open to the public daily, art lovers stop in to browse the gallery and make purchases.

This is the third time in about ten years that I have been fortunate to showcase my Rhythmistic original artwork there. Should you be in Chicago during that time feel free to check it out.
