We may organize a group to travel down to GA for the International Soul Music Summit. The road trip would leave from the DC metro area. We want to gauge interest before we begin planning it. Would you be down to attend?

Hey folks, have you all been getting the updates I've been blasting to the network?
Here is the deal, we decided that driving down was probably not the best route to go. However, we got a deal from Terry Bello, the director/founder of the International soul music summit where we can essentially extend to members on a two for one basis. You pay the $100 registration fee for the summit and can bring a friend ($50 bucks each person). That is registering for the summit.

I was doing a search on Travelocity for my own travel arrangements and was able to find a deal where three nights of hotel and airfare is $325 and that's with staying in the hotel where the summit is taking place (the Renaissance). That's around the vicinity I paid last year when I went. The link to the 2 for 1 deal is on the main page on this site. You gotta register by Aug. 20 before the price goes up.

If you are definitely going, let us know so we can be sure to link up and have a Liberated Muse family gathering drink while we are down there.
